the wonders of MSN has left me amused.. hahaha.. apart from the usual crappy conversations.. i have upgraded to web camming and having a picture drawn for my blind eyes to see.. ahahaha.. left the laptop on the entire night with the webcam on too so that we both can see when we are awake.. quite an amusing thing to do actually cos we ended up spying on each other in the middle of the night (he did, i din even wake up till he hadda sms me to wake me).. the idea sounds kinda pervertic right.. hahahaha.. cos u can see the other person sleeping.. but in a sense, he has seen me sleep so many million times.. so seeing me on the cam is no different la.. hahahah.. my dad came into my room this morning before dawn and saw the webcam and lappie on..but he din say anything.. wonder if he is thinking of anything funny.. hahahahha…

apart from silly webcammings and doodlings.. i met up with the boyfriend yesterday and today.. met up in the day yesterday before i met up with Sharon in the evening for some catching up.. haha.. as usual, we slacked around… hunt for food.. and i ended up getting a free ride from Uncle Chen down to NP to find Sharon..

today is a very fun day! hahaha.. we din intend to meet cos i wanted to stay home and avoid the unnecessary squabbling with my parents abt not staying home.. and then, this morning.. the boyfriend woke me up.. and was so excited that his pay came in that he wanted to get new speakers! SOOOO.. we went to SIM LIM!!!!! ahhahaha.. hopped around and couldnt find decent ones.. and we saw a chubachups vending machine.. and i promptly popped in 50 cent coins to get the lollies.. then! the machine ate one of my coin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then i go over tell the uncle i put money in the machine never give me sweet.. then he started joking with me.. say go shake the machine.. so i said, “orh, i go shake”.. den after a while he came and refund me and i got my sweet.. hahahaha.. we shopped around his shop for a while and saw a set of speakers which looks kinda cool but had no price, so i took the box and went up to him to ask how much issit.. and he said, “the box is free, but the speakers costs $XXX”.. hahaha.. all these while Bryan was laughing at me cos it’s like damn obvious the uncle talking to me like some kid.. hahahaha.. die man.. everyone really treats me like a kid.. bleah.. when i was out for dinner with my family just now.. i was predicting the price of the meal.. then the auntie came and told us its 43bucks.. then i just whack my bro and said, “aiya.. i miss by 10bucks”.. the auntie actually asked me, “so who won the bet?”.. like say till i am some small kid.. trying to play guess the price of the meal… so pai seh la..

hahaha.. okie back Sim lim.. we both itchy backsides decided to head down to Marina to get the creative ones if its 99bucks.. but went there and it isnt.. so kinda a wasted trip la.. ate at the food court which was kinda good leh.. the food quite impressive… saw Allan Wu and Li lin with their kids at Carl’s Jr..but Bryan din see.. hahaha..then the sulky boyfriend who couldnt get his speakers cos it was 30bucks more expensive and i refused to let him buy sulked all the way home where he fell asleep and refused to let me go home.. hahaha.. he finally relented and i went home!

although today is a short short meet up… but it was fun… it’s true that when u can be urself with that someone special.. nothing else matters.. i felt really happy today.. hahaha.. esp seeing how silly both of us can get when we want to.. and yet we can be serious enough to decide on future career moves etc when the time needs us to be serious..

yay.. tml’s world cup finals! i am gonna cheer till the cows come home! ahhahaha…

the horrors of my MS

i totally hate my MS this month..

ok firstly, it semi came on the 4th (sorry, wanna keep track so i am writing the date.. haha..) then it stopped on the 5th, then today, the 6th, it came with wonderful tiny jabs of cramps.. missy never have cramps one.. so why am i having them now!

hate hate hate hate..

somemore not normal MS.. so i guess normal MS will come tml.. then i will complain and complain and complain again..

blardee hell.. hahahaha.. luckily i staying home today.. if not i would just murder everyone…

dad’s sick.. my iron man is sick wor… rare occasion.. think he got flu or something cos he said today was cold.. hahaha.. the funniest thing was, my dad dun wear shirt at home one ma.. then today ah, i woke up and saw him wear his polo shirt with the collar up… and i wanted to say, “so FUNKY today ah..”.. before i can even say anything he ordered me to go downstairs to buy food for him le.. *(&^!%!&*$.. but he sick.. so forgiven.. ahaha..

a day at Bryan’s

today started out as any normal day at the boyfriend’s cos he was injured (read more at his blog since he actually gives details of his injury.. while i just say he is sent to the A&E..haha..).. took a bus ride down to Holland V and had Breko Breakfast!!!!! it’s cheap and nice.. recommended.. A++++.. ahhaha.. and the fact that there was nobody was a big plus! had a breko fast which is basically a big breakfast look-a-like.. while Bryan had his peter pan which was a hotcakes happy meal.. hahahah…

then off we hopped to Jelita with the intention of borrowing VCDs.. ended up deciding against it cos if we only borrow one.. come and return one quite dumb… now i am predicting we’d end up borrowing on thurs… hahahaha…

then we went home.. and i dunno wat we did.. but we ended up taking a walk a while later down the road and took a bus to Ginza cos the king wanted to eat KFC.. hahahaha.. the weather’s crazy nowadays.. i cant even walk 5 mins without dying.. Ginza as usual wasn’t that entertaining so we went back to his area and rot..

since he wasn’t entertaining me.. i began rummaging through his neatly arranged stuff on top of his drawers (his maid, i assume, packed it for him couple of days back).. hahaha.. the funny thing was he was on his laptop when i suddenly started looking at his stuff and he peeked right outta his laptop and said something like, “what u doing? everytime u keep damn quiet means u are doing something mischievious” and along the lines he added that i am like some small kid.. must have parental supervision if not will tear down the place.. hahahaha…

so i ended up looking through his stuff and i ended up clearing his certs and all into their respective places.. and then i reached a drawer that contained all his past letters and photos… my initial reaction when he told me that there should be those things in that drawer was to not see it at all.. i dunno why but i din really wanna view them.. just not my style i guess.. to intervene into ppl’s past.. so i swept every single drawer except that drawer…

after abt half an hr of flipping thru all the stuff in the other drawers, i decided that maybe i should take a look at them afterall.. haha.. in a sense it wasnt even curiosity that sparked all of those.. it’s as though i needed some sorta closure.. to just get this done and over with.. in a way to understand wat went on during that time..

i slowly leafed through the scattered letters in that drawer.. there was letters from people i knew.. and people i din know abt.. with each breath, i read out loud the words written on them.. i always find myself reading things out loud to balance out the emotions in me.. it’s as though by reading it out loud, i am experiencing all the drama and emotions from a 3rd person’s point of view.. this, i think, would be what all of u call denial.. hahaha.. anyways.. so i read, one at a time, till i reached the last few letters..

as i read one of Diana’s letters to him, he suddenly came and said, “Stop. Stop reading them.” maybe i was oblivious to how i was appearing to sound or look like.. but at that pt of time.. i actually wanted to finish that letter.. i wasn’t overwhelmed (at least i feel i wasn’t that overwhelmed yet) with emotions.. but when i stopped.. Bryan came over and hugged me.. reassuring me that those were all in the past, and nothing’s gonna change what we have now.. that made me realise just what i was actually going through.. with each letter, my heart actually broke a little.. not much, but enough to make me a little sadder.. but my denial skills have barred me away from all these that i din even realise it till i broke the momentum of reading..

so we stood there.. embracing each other when i realise that “hey, i’m upset”.. and somehow, his words did what they were supposed to do.. and i’m glad he did what he did.. i’m sure it wasn’t a pretty sight to be comforting a girlfriend abt what u did in the past, but he handled it well.. and he knew he hadda do something, instead of letting me handle all that alone… for that, Thank You.

after i’m done with all the letters, he threw them all away.. and told me that they were all in the past and he realised that i get affected by letters from Diana… i have to admit.. i’m jealous of her cos she took away what i should have at that point of time.. and she denied me of the chance to be happy 5 years ago.. but today, i told Bryan that i have what Diana didn’t have… and that is that i have him now.. awww so sweet right.. i also think so.. hahahaha.. but i was really glad that i’ve come to this conclusion.. for the longest time, i have been thinking of what could have happened if Diana din get into the picture 5 yrs back… today i finally figured that i ought to be happy and not jealous of her cos now, i have what i want.. and i’m the happiest person alive.. so what’s there to be jealous abt..

strange how it took me 2 whole months to realise this.. haha..

the glutton proceeded to his dining area and had rice and egg tarts for dinner while i stared on.. just wasn’t too hungry.. hahaha.. then the family had their usual crappy conversations and all.. kinda interesting to hear the stuff they say to each other..

and then missy headed home cos it was getting late.. it was a meaningful day today.. we went through a big part of his life.. and i’m glad we closed that chapter..

p.s: stuff quoted are not accurately quoted cos ah, my memory is failing me.. i can’t even recall wat i said can!!! somemore it’s only a few hrs ago kind.. i’m seriously getting alzheimer’s…

trip to NUH

i woke up this morning to a call from Bryan informing me that he is on his way to the A&E.. imagine being sleepy and hearing such news.. hahaha.. somehow i seem to jinx him quite a bit… 5 yrs ago he shocked me with one of these phone calls in the middle of the night too.. it was also to the A&E in NUH but that time he was having some stomach problems..

this time round.. the poor boy tore his ligament i think.. something of that sorts.. waited a few agonising hours for the doctor to give him 2 days worth of MC (DAMN LITTLE LA).. so NO MORE SOCCER.. hahahahaha.. much to my delight since he’s always injuring himself during the games.. and this also prove to Weiliang that Bryan doesn’t know how to take care of himself.. which is why the girlfriend is right about barring him from the match last week..

helped him home in a cab where he hurriedly removed his bandage and acted garang.. hahaha.. it must have hurt.. i haven’t really seen him in such a state before.. hope he recovers fast… but not fast enough for him to play soccer the next 2 weeks.. yes, i’m an evil girlfriend.. but i don’t care..

ate at holland v where they ran outta hor fun for the chicken noodle store! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!!! so i ended up eating chicken rice.. which was better than Aik’s one leh.. lol… detoured to Coffee Bean where he finally tried his chocolate of a thousand leaves cake (which he says isnt nice) and i ate my cheesecake.. finally bought a coffee bean card.. means i can go coffee bean more often!

then then then… we walk around.. go to cold storage.. saw Eunice but pretended i din see… hahahahaha… cos i cant recall her name at that pt of time.. and ah.. she dun say hi to me one.. so i also act unfriendly loh.. hahahaha..

then i am home and it’s time for my nap le.. hahaha…

hope that silly cow is asleep.. since he couldnt get to sleep last night because of the pain.. first time i hear NSF dun wanna go see doctor cos scared ppl accuse him of chao kenging.. hahaha.. and he was really injured somemore… aiyo man… terrible!

when i’m bored..

i tend to find crap out to do when i am really bored.. especially at night when i’m not sleepy yet not entertained by ppl online.. i found my way to silly websites like http://fmsspvp.blogspot.com/ which is the past vs present website.. and watched Robbin Williams on Ellen (which was absolutely hilarious) kindly provided by Sheena.. and spyed on a couple of people on friendster before deciding that the night is up for me..

and i’m reminded to read the Bible by Zhiyang.. and that reminded me that i had a whale of a time downloading ebooks this afternoon.. i have all sorts of titles now that looks interesting enough for me to read.. and there’s one which is titled bibleamerica.. something abt modern day context of the bible.. hope it’s interesting.. hahaha..

it’s kinda interesting to hear a mutual friend’s opinion on what your boyfriend says.. it’s like sometimes u’d think that he is just saying these kinda stuff to you.. but no.. he announces it to the world… hahaha.. which is kinda sweet i must say.. at least it shows that he doesn’t lie.. bleah..

Chubs is losing its smell.. i dunno why.. but i think perfume doesnt stay long i guess.. so i think needa soak him up soon.. i have this tendency to classify all the things i name to be a him.. hahaha.. like dogs or any pets i have.. i want a male one instead of a female one.. just seems so much more appropriate.. thats why Chubs is a male.. and he is male cos he doesnt wear shorts or skirts or pants.. so kena exposed ma.. only can be a male.. cos males got no shame.. hahahahahah.. no la… Chubs has a shirt ma.. and girls dun usually wear shirts.. so Chubs is a male.. and he wears male perfume.. so makes him more man.. so he is a male.. hahahah…

couple of days back.. i discovered my monster’s inc mcdonald’s toys from eons back in one of my gazillion bags.. took it out to put it on my shelf and suddenly discovered that there are actually sound and light functions to the toys! i was so amused with it i played with it for 5 mins.. since when did mc toys became sooooo advanced?! i always thought they just wheel around or stand pretty only.. hahahaha..

it’s kinda late now.. shall proceed to bed… i think i only spend at most 10 hrs awake today.. hahahahahah…

my KL trip and today

so the 5 days of KL was over in a flash.. hahaha.. actually we did nothing much la.. except shop and eat and shop and eat.. hahaha.. met up with Aileen’s side of the family.. quite interesting mix of ppl i must say.. got fei zai.. lol.. really damn amused with the family.. like so messy.. hahahahaha..

bought a couple of shirts, 2 pairs of shoes, a bag, a dress.. 2 pair of berms for Bryan but he cannot wear one of it! hahaha.. and tons of food.. thats abt it la.. hahahaha…

i got nothing much to say abt KL i realised.. sorry la.. nothing exciting happen..

yesterday Uncle Chen fetch me back sia! hahaha.. i was expecting Bryan to come in a cab or wat.. end up Uncle Chen volunteer to send me back to their house.. hahaha.. like i’m their daughter like that.. lol.. gave the food and berms to Bryan and left soon after.. only to find out that the cabs are all on strike.. so ended up paging for his personal driver (aka his dad).. hahaha.. so pai seh la.. make him send me all the way home.. then come home watch soccer!

Argentina is damn poor thing.. hahhaha…

woke up bright and early (an hr later than expected).. and headed off to his place.. haha.. our 2nd month together le! his family finally subscribed to the world cup!!!!!so we watched the highlights of yesterday’s matches.. hahaha.. and i managed to finish an entire Carl’s Jr burger by myself!!!! first time… bleah.. then mooched around and came home for dinner le..

hahaha.. kinda got ordered to pack cos i'm meeting Bryan tml.. so hadda pack first.. now what i needa put in are my toiletries, a towel (must remember to buy tml), my atm card..i din fold anything la.. so i think when we unload.. all my clothes will be crumpled.. BLEAH…

brought a pair of shorts, a t shirt and shorts to sleep, and 2 t shirts.. wearing 1 t shirt and jeans to the bus.. needa wear shoe cos Aileen's papa very niao abt it.. so gotta pack in my slippers tml.. must must must remember..

Chubs the chubby bear!

meet Chubs! my latest best friend! he is 1 day old.. has lost his birth cert.. but is cute nonetheless!

hahaha.. this morning.. i walked into Bryan’s room and was greeted with the sight of a teddy bear on his bed… although i did mention i wanted a bear a week ago.. but i really wasn’t expecting this… hahaha.. it’s a stuffed bear from the cool bear workshop down at the Esplanade… it must have cost a bomb.. and i’m feeling really bad abt it cos the boyfriend’s not exactly the richest kid around at this time of the month..

Chubs is a little chubby.. has nice fur.. and a cute small t shirt to flaunt his figure.. haha… best of all.. he smells nice! Bryan sprayed his perfume on Chubs before giving it to me.. haha.. i thought i was the only silly one who practises perfume spraying on toys and stuff.. guess not.. hahahaha…

anyways.. i actually met Bryan at Holland Village this morning cos i needed to go to the bank to open my account and to bank in my Tax refund cheque.. so means.. in a couple of weeks time.. i’d be a rich kid (yah right man..).. hahahaha… we settled for Ya Kun’s eggs and a bowl of noodles for brunch.. and returned to his house where i spotted my new friend…

watched Pink Panther today! i finally found out that the Pink Panther show doesn’t show the Pink Panther.. the Pink Panther is actually a diamond ring.. CHEY.. i thought it’s like Roger Rabbit.. chey!! but its still a funny show… nice to watch on a lame day..

then then then! we fell asleep.. cos need replenish energy just in case we run outta energy before we head out for dinner.. initially planned for Sakura dinner with Weiliang and Sabrina… but last minute Sabrina called and changed plans to Pasir Panjang Hawker centre.. haha… heng she called ah.. if not we sleep till dunno when man.. hahahah…

headed down to the Hawker Centre and had BBQ food!!! damn alot leh come to think of it.. but i dun eat like cockles and lala.. so end up i ate quite little la i guess.. but was damn full also.. quite interesting to dine with the couple.. cos i barely know Sabrina.. but quite nice la.. once in a while dine with other ppl quite cool…

then we came back in time to see Chippy go on his pee break! ahhaha.. then it ran to us ah.. i stick out my hand and it ended up in his mouth!!! so i got lamb bits on my hand.. eeeee.. hahahahahahaha…

had an enjoyable day today.. i had fun, i had food, i had love..

Strange isn't it, to only realise what u are doing when it's too late.. to know that everything will revert back to normal once we get it over and done with.. sometimes i really wonder what i really want.. to get my point across.. or just to get a kick outta it..

no matter what.. i'm glad it's over… and everything is back to normal.. i hope..

there are some things in life u know u can never lose.. and this is one of it.. i'd hate myself if i let this chance slip away once again..

my very own html instructor

it just seems strange isn't it.. to have a programmer boyfriend who's so into computers and gonna be going to computing in NUS.. and yet the girlfriend just has no clue abt how computers function..

hahaha.. ok.. i'm an impatient girl.. i did try to learn html years back.. for that matter.. i was actually garang enough to borrow a programming book (really really unwise choice) cos i saw Bryan reading it years back.. yes, i actually tried running (for that matter, flying) before i even knew how to walk.. hahaha.. with my superb attention span of 45mins tops.. i ended up returning that book without even making thru to chapter 1.. (Its was a book abt Perl, cos u were so into Perl the other time and i just wanted to see what's the big fuss abt..haha..)

and since then, i sorta turned my back against all computer related stuff.. choosing to depend on trusty ones like Yuxin, Jeremy and Bryan when things go wrong.. then when i started blogging more often.. the fickleminded me changes layout so damn often with the kind help of blogskins.com.. hahaha.. now that i am using wordpress… i am stuck with these plain layouts that came with wordpress.. and my upcoming blog, which would be using wordpress, is still in the process of getting a new layout which i had endorsed the help of the nice boyfriend..

and then, Bryan chose to pull the trigger.

he wants me to learn how to do it myself.

hahaha.. and so i am given HTML lessons from yesterday onwards… so far it's only lesson number one.. but i had a hell of a time reading it just now.. it sounded so much like him talking to me.. hahahaha.. and i actually enjoyed reading it.. though it's about something that i already knew.. but it was still fun reading it! hahaha..

now i cant wait for chapter 2.. but the silly pig is down with food poisoning.. and he's blaming it on the mee sua he ate last night.. hahaha..

in life, i really don't need anything expensive.. it's stuff like this that makes me feel that i'm cared for.. =)

it’s father’s day!

finally it's my daddy's day.. and being the bias daughter i am.. i actually took my family out on a dim sum lunch treat.. haaha.. i think my mum jealous loh.. cos mentioned eating out on father's day on wed and she went, "how come mother's day i don't get to go out to eat one?"

lunch was really really filling.. ate at harbour city in tiong bahru.. supposed to go to the one at psa building but the old man of the house dun wan.. so ended up there.. food was ok la.. haha.. the auntie working there damn funny.. we were asking her abt the 3 meat combination platter.. asking if we could choose our choice of meat.. she said can choose.. choose between char siew, duck and chicken.. diao.. i need 3 meat.. u gave me 3 choices..i choose wat… hahaha.. den my bro got the diao face.. hahahahahaha..

then we saw Colonel Sanders without his specs.. maybe that old man went for Lasik surgery already…hahahahahah… came home and stayed online till evening time where my super enthusiastic daddy came into my room and dragged me out to the pasar malam near my place.. decked out in his sport shoes and LONG SOCKS (hahaha i laughed like mad).. my dad walked my mum and i to the pasar malam.. only to complain there was a lack of stuff to buy.. hahaha… and on the way back.. my mum complained and complained abt the heat.. hahahaha…

japan made me lose 10bucks loh.. my dad lose 100.. KNS.. TML BURN FLAG!

since both my partners, les and straight ones, aren't online… and i am bored to bits.. i shall update all of you about the crazy adventures of Bryan and Candice..

i'm seriously getting lazier.. hahahaha.. not that i was originally a hardworking girl.. but i actually refused to wake up today and slept in for a good half hour before i finally relented and rose… was supposed to meet Bryan at his place to head on down to Queensway but figured that i was lazy to take so many buses so decided to meet him there instead..

and then, blur me forgot to bring my phone! how rare is that man.. hahaha.. being phoneless is pathetic! but i got to "try" using public coin phones again! haha.. those days where i have to hunt down a public phone just to call my parents and tell them where exactly i were.. hahaha.. which makes me wonder, who on earth came up with the phone card? what's the point of carrying a card with cash value when u well could have slot coins in for the amount of minutes u need; everybody will have coins, or can easily find coins.. not everybody would wanna spend money on a card.. right?

yup.. and so we walked around in Queensway and i found nothing to buy.. wanted to buy a pair of soccer shorts but they have an ugly black pair.. so bleah.. too bad… headed for Ikea soon after but it was lunch time and i couldnt get my meatballs unless i wanna queue for damn long.. couldn't find a plastic mug for Bryan too.. and he was tempted to buy an ice cuber.. hahaha.. ice cube tray i mean.. he was so hyper today it's amusing.. i got suaned for all the stuff i said.. which was kinda funny cos i am usually the one doing it.. hahahhaha… had fun nonetheless.. hahaha…

dunno why dunno how.. we decided to go to Suntec.. and after Kenny Rogers came a quick movie treat! RV is damn nice… recommended movie.. my kinda movie.. heartwarming yet funny movie.. i like! haha… after which i embarked on a silly shopping spree where i bought a floor mat (giraffe one!) from Aussino… a puma bag from WhyPayMore.. and a polo t shirt from Giordano.. hahaha.. stuff which i dun really need.. but feel like buying anyways.. haha..

then then then, it's videoezy movie night! watched white chicks.. hahaha.. they coming out with another movie! which looks damn freaking funny.. and my bro said cars is funny.. so needa watch it soon.. hahaha.. and i tired liao.. so while watching bad boys half way (make that err 1/6 way) we sorta retreated and fell asleep for an hr before the alarm rang for me to go home.. haha..

nowadays my blogging quality sucks leh.. hahahaha.. even i feel sian of blogging.. anyways.. the previous days happenings are in Bryan's blog… yup yup.. so i dun needa blog abt yesterday le.. yay!

so it’s been a year..

strange how a year has passed yet feelings have not quite settled down..

went for my cousin's err prayer session.. i guess u can call it that.. u noe chinese customs.. u have to like sorta burn incense and pray etc.. yup.. it's been a year since he passed away… and to avoid bumping into his paternal relatives.. we went to this place where they had his errr.. tablet.. ya..

my granny weaped at a corner while we started folding the incense papers into a cylindrical sharp pointed shaped object.. i know her pain.. i feel her pain.. but somehow.. i just hadda look away..

somehow the reality has not really hit me… i guess it'd only come when i have to visit his grave at mandai.. i din even get to see a photo of him today.. maybe that's how i scrapped thru the event..

yeah so i'm fine.. but something else creaped me out.. there's this family who approached us and offered to help us fold a lotus thing.. then as they folded it.. the mother was teaching the kids to chant and stuff.. that kinda freaked me out.. it's like i felt uneasy.. i dunno why but i just din wanna look kind.. after the entire thing i din even bother thanking them or wat.. i just left… i think now i know why non-christians get freaked out in a church sometimes.. haha..

damn tired now.. so it's nap time!

i went to the gynae today.. to find out if i was pregnant.

hahaahhahaha.. i did go to the gyane though.. and blew like 200bucks.. cos woman here has UTI.. i dunno how i got it man.. *&@$^&)… i may not be the most hygenic person around but i do care abt hygiene k! and ah, i wanted to go to a gynae cos i think my area may not have a female GP.. then i shy ma.. lol…

wahhhhh.. sad la.. i am how broke.. hahaha.. and so much med.. will die… gonna last for 10 days the med.. so hope 10 days later i will be in pink of health..

saw this lady at the gynae.. she was damn weak.. hadda be supported by the husband (i assume) everywhere.. then kept puking.. feeling giddy.. when the doc came and asked her in.. she got put on a drip like within a few mins.. poor thing.. and my instant reaction was to msg Bryan and say i dun wanna get pregnant if i have to suffer so much.. lol..

roamed a little after that and ended up going home with smiley fries and sunkist premium orange juice.. haha.. i have a thing for orange juices.. i can drink them anytime of the day, everyday.. and yet not get bored.. bought smileys cos i realised i wun be over at Bryan's that often nowadays… so better to have backup fries just in case i get cranky with a lack of potatos in my stomach..

nothing much happened liao.. cos i was at home.. bleah.. so that's the end of the daily news on Candice Ng for today..

so it’s a sunday..

sundays are usually family days for my family.. today.. we are one person short.. cos my beloved brother went to Malaysia for the weekend..

and so, that leaves us with an odd 3 person team.. and being the only off-spring in the house.. i could rule the world and decide wat i wanna eat… since tml's my parents anniversary and we would most probably go somewhere fancy.. i suggested hawker food at bukit timah.. nice leh.. ate ngo hiang.. nice leh.. BRYAN! can go there eat!!! your favorite!!!

hahaha.. after which i happily zipped home and sorta mooched around till it was a decent time to set off for world cup.. took off for Bryan's house and called him.. hahaha.. it was a surprise pick up.. but he sorta head my car door lock.. and sorta predicted i may come since i said i was still having dinner at 8.. which was a rare thing considering my dinner finishes early all the time… hahahah…

had a joy ride trip to west coast park..

we took a joy ride to west coast park and saw that there were tons of ppl waiting for the match to begin.. hahahaha.. no more seat le so we ended up heading out for a walk instead.. i love rainy nights.. after the rain the weather is just perfect for walks..

but our walk was kinda short lived cos erm, both of us are quite spontaneous ppl.. and it's kinda hard to just do something for the entire day.. so off we go in my Lancer to CHOMP CHOMP!!! first time ever i drove there.. cos ah, my navigation skills like shit.. and the only time i attempted.. christer tan just say go find boundary road.. the end.. so abit hard ah… hahahaha… but this time we went there successfully!!! ate at the prata stall cos we wanted to watch abit of soccer.. but got a little bored and ended up going to Ice cube as originally planned.. ordered a scoop of ice cream each ah.. i ordered a honey walnut while he ordered something krispy.. then we took a bite off our own.. looked at each other.. spooned each other's.. and swapped! hahaha.. i like his ma.. and he liked mine..

then then then then then.. we went Kent Ridge Park! cos it was just 2 mins away from his house.. all the benches were full.. and we hadda resort to sitting in the car.. then there was this car in front of us which had ppl in it.. hahahaha.. dunno wat they doing man.. lol.. so we talked, and mooched about.. then another car came..reversed all the way to see wat we are doing… then move to the spot where the last couple were in.. hahaha.. since they so kaypo.. i also do the same when i left! purposely reversed all the way to see! hahahaha but nothing exciting… old couple.. haha..

took him home and ended up webcamming and talking on the phone at home.. at the same time!!! hahaha.. no wonder ppl invented 3G phones.. cos silly ppl like us may wanna see and talk at the same time.. both of us fell asleep on the phone after my webcam disconnected me.. first time ever i can hold a phone and sleep.. hahaha.. i was supposed to wait till he fall asleep then hang up.. end up i slept while waiting for him to sleep.. so pro la.. until my hp batt went flat.. ahahahahahah///

so that sums up my sunday!

spent a terrific time last night at Bryan's cos it was WORLD CUP SEASON!

ahahahahha.. met him after noon to lunch at Food republic.. finally tried the sergeant chicken rice.. not bad leh.. quite nice… i like.. had my papadum cos i am an unhealthy girl.. hahaha..while he had his ngo hiang.. not bad also but dunno why nobody buy one.. had our usual fix of sweets from the candy store at food republic and it was off to shop!

cant find anything.. darn.. hahahaaha.. saw a tennis skirt that was nice but not in the color i want.. bleah.. speaking of which.. Christer Tan if u are reading this pls give me my skirt so i can go play tennis.. thank u..hahaha..

hrrrrrmmmmm.. after that hor we went to walk around see see look look.. ended up at kino looking for my where's wally books.. hahahaha.. not worth my money.. but we played a few games there though.. hahahah..

went off the 6th avenue to grab some groceries before we head on home to cook.. bought yummy stuff like salmon and pasta and and.. i cant remember.. but i remember i suggested buying a litre of milo each so that we can just put a straw through and drink during the match.. hahahahahahaha.. damn cool la.. but i got stomachache and this din get to come true.. bleah..

dinner was excellent.. Bryan whipped up a salmon pasta thingy and everything was made from scratch.. i love it la.. hahaha.. makes me think of my incompetancy in this area and grin.. cos i got a cook! lol..

watched my 1 tree hill in between dinner and R&R before the match.. and we suddenly decided to head to starbucks for hot choc (me) and frap (him).. so off we go! lol.. i tot he din have any cash on him.. so when he took out 10bucks from his wallet i was like, "WAH..u got money!!" and then he turned to look at me and both of us gave each other the "WAHHHH" look.. hahahahah.. then the cashier thought wat happened and "huh" us.. lol.. damn funny la… then i hadda explain.. bleah..

had a terrible tummyache after that while Bryan was on the phone with his officer.. haha.. luckily we saw a 200 just in time and headed home..

hahaha then soccer! Weiliang and Sabrina came over.. WL damn entertaining la.. played with Chippy till he got damn excited.. then WL say he humping his leg.. i dun think so leh.. just Chippy being excited la.. bleah.. then he kept wanting to be rubbed by everyone.. then always disturbing us.. hahaha… earlier in the day when Bryan was cooking.. Chippy strolled into the room when i was there watching tree hill.. then he sit at my foot and made me pat him… and he actually fell asleep at the foot of the bed! rare sight! hahahaha.. then luckily he went out before Bryan came back in.. lol.. if not sure kena scolding one…

hahaha.. boo.. nothing much to blog abt la.. just that i had fun.. and i love my peach jam which tasted great on biscuit.. haha… woke up to the intercom again.. as usual.. hahahahaha.. then headed home and napped till world cup started again..bleah.. 

i shall come back and blog when there are more constructive stuff to say.. gonna go for Bryan's match tml! hahaha..

my daily naggings

our jigsaw is finally up yesterday! haha.. though i wasn’t there to watch the picture hanging ceremony.. which Bryan broke 2 of the 4 hooks we bought.. i got to see the jigsaw hung with great precision on his wall with a smile on my face.. i love that jigsaw.. it’d always mean something to me…

had a movie marathon yesterday.. hahaha.. our idea of fun.. rented 3 movies the day before in Jelita and we hadda finish it so yesterday was our movie marathon.. started off with The English Patient.. then Finding Neverland.. and lastly, Jersey Girl..

The English Patient is erm… i would say, an interesting show depicting the war accurately.. but the love interest and all the rest of the drama weren’t my cuppa tea.. and the fact that it lasted so long.. someone with short attention span like me won’t really sit around and enjoy it la.. so i thought it was  okayish fare.. not really wat i thought it was supposed to be..

Finding Neverland saw me dozing off here and there and everywhere cos we had lunch (more on this later) before that… i never really slept.. but i sorta closed my eyes at some point of time.. so i may have missed out certain details abt the movie.. but the story was interesting i feel.. so it was a not bad movie..

Jersey Girl was picked by Bryan randomly at the comedy section of Videoezy.. initially, i dun expect much from the film cos it din really look interesting.. and there was Ben Affleck.. so i figured.. it must be those movie where they have to bang on cute looks to get people to watch it.. but this movie surprised me.. it was  heartwarming and humorous in its own little way.. i thoroughly enjoyed it and so this is a DAMN GOOD MOVIE.. hahaha.. recommended! at the end of the movie, i actually commented to Bryan that we should be renting more of such movies cos i like such movies.. hahaha..

i just recalled that i watched half of a movie in his living room after Jersey Girl too.. i think the movie is called All About Love.. i pointed it out at videoezy but we din manage to borrow it.. then it was shown in star movies! hahaha.. so i caught like the last half hr.. quite interesting movie.. got a little cliche towards the end.. thats abt it..

haha.. now about lunch.. i have never eaten duck that is so darn expensive.. both of us went to the duck rice place near his house.. the one that is opened by the brother one.. not the famous one.. then ordered a plate of duck for two.. and wantan soup and noodles.. 17bucks! can eat 3 macdonald’s meals le.. i was like grumbling abt it cos i wanted to eat mac.. hahaha.. super amusing duck can cause so much.. Bryan’s dad bought chicken from Aik’s stall today and an entire chicken costs like 14bucks.. means i could have eaten an entire chicken if i went to eat chicken rice at his stall!

after lunch was our usual, “go to cold storage hunt for crap” walk.. haha.. i always have fun in cold storage.. we were spying on all sorts of crap.. trying to fish out wat’s for dinner.. when Bryan suggested making beer battered onion rings.. he made it after my 3rd movie and it was not bad.. quite a success.. hahaha.. i got a personal chef in the making! lol..

oh oh.. and i fell asleep again.. boo.. hahaha.. after Finding neverland.. i told him i wanna sleep.. so he went out to try his beer battered onion rings recipe.. and i was left alone for an hr.. to sleep.. lol.. then he fried one to try.. when he came back in.. i woke up to the oil smell oozing outta his shirt while he tries to cool himself under the aircon.. hahaha.. he got the “oh shit, i woke her up” face when i commented i smell onion rings.. hahahaha…

been sleeping so much at his place its amazing.. its as though my bed is not comfy enough… must go to his place and hog his bed.. hahahaha… sooner or later, i’d be starting my day sleeping at his house before we even head out to anywhere else! lol…

i am back to watching my one tree hill liao.. thru youtube.. hahaha.. spent the afternoon doing that and err slacking.. haha.. brother is off to malaysia till tuesday.. i wonder where exactly in malaysia he is going man..he was damn secretive abt it.. then he kept forgetting to bring stuff that he came back twice to get it.. so strange la.. think he driving up.. if not how come dun have to follow bus timing one… hahahah.. i am damn kaypo man…

sorta said something wrong just now..felt bad abt it.. but glad its over liao.. hahaha.. i tend to say the wrong things at the wrong time all the time.. booo..

oh ya.. and Aileen is full of shit.. go read her blog entry.. FULL OF RUBBISH MAN U! i thought what happen just now when she suddenly msg me and say she damn angry during my one tree hill.. then she ask me go read her blog.. i thought Jia Cao piss her off or wat.. end up this kinda stupid thing.. qian da man.. one fine day i will smack her.. hahahaha..

about fullerton and the entire day yesterday..

hahaha.. being an ass.. i refused to blog abt yesterday so that everyone can see my new watch! lol…

woke up at an "unhealthy hour" (hahaha.. for more details abt the phrase.. u can look at Bryan's blog) of 6am to wash up and get ready for my breakfast treat.. it was so darn freaking early even my dad wasn't up yet.. then when i was about to leave.. my dad gave me a bunch of $10 notes.. hahahahahah.. but i was how damn fillial.. i said i dun need.. and took $10.. i think there are easily 15 pieces of 10bucks there loh… i am amazed with my lack of greediness.. hahaha..

left the house slightly after 6.30am.. and got to Bryan's place around 7am.. breezed through town and reached Fullerton even before our 7.30am reservation.. the food was not bad la.. i quite like the american stuff.. haha.. even tried the congee loh.. first time i eat such things in the morning.. the variety is lacking.. i thought they would have such a huge spread that i'd be in awe kind.. but they disappoint me a little.. hahaha.. the thing that amused both of us was the free flow of yakult at the counter! hahaha.. both of us were gleeming when we saw them.. and we took like 2 bottles each.. haha.. if i had not stopped.. Bryan would have gladly cleared the counter of all the green bottles of yakult.. lol.. service was great.. everyone was smiley and nice to me.. hahaha…

finished breakfast at around 8.30am.. which was too early for shopping (which was what we intended to do in the first place).. so the only choice was to head on back to his place and waste a little bit of time before heading out again.. hahaha.. got on out again around 12ish and had a whale of a time buying my watch and going to the library to borrow his books..

was about to head on down to cine for a movie when his mum called and he hadda head back home to get the NUS application done.. so we scooted back home and got that done.. and bought the Nasi Lemak there.. not as nice as Adam's but doable la.. damn ex though…

persuaded Bryan to go to the dentist and we scurried outta the house to holland soon after.. hahaa.. spent abt half an hr there and i was exhuasted.. nearly fell asleep there but very pai seh to sleep at the dentist so i tahaned abit more and he came out..

then! we walked to Jelita from holland! not the main holland u noe! the place where 74 turns in to go to holland village! hahaha.. quite a long walk but was kinda fun cos i found out quite alot abt the boy.. haha.. saw this house with a "thought of the day" somewhere near Jelita.. so amusing.. they come out to write daily i think.. so cool la.. next time i want such a thing too.. hahaha…

rented a few vcds and headed back to his place.. where i promptly switched off all the lights the moment he said he's heading outta the room to go to the toilet.. and then i fell asleep.. till like 11pm.. again.. hahahahahahah.. came home and was online for a while before falling asleep till 12pm today… he din sleep the entire time! i wonder where he get the energy from man.. i can.. never.. not.. sleep.. hahahahah…
